I am a Registered Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with trauma, concurrent disorders, and perinatal mental health. I enjoy working with people who are seeking support to manage everyday stressors, anxiety and depression. I have also been a part-time Professor and Program Coordinator for Mohawk College and a Clinical Supervisor to those beginning their careers in psychotherapy.
